The 'Rawcliffe' name has been associated with valuation practice ownership within Hawke's Bay for a continued period over 40 years.

Following a lengthy 26 year partnership, Terry Rawcliffe preferred to operate as an independent specialised practice providing advisory, valuation and commercial management services by forming the company now known as Rawcliffe & Co.
