Terry Rawcliffe - FNZIV FPINZ Registered Valuer

As Director, Terry has considerable valuation experience including having worked for a financial lending institution, the public and private sectors with the latter 40 years in practice in Napier City. His wealth of knowledge has covered all facets of urban valuation and consultancy, where aside of customary commercial valuation requirements, his experience has also been relied upon in specialised property assessments.

Allister McKenzie - MPINZ BBS Registered Valuer

Originally from Hawkes Bay Allister has worked both in New Zealand and overseas as a Property Valuer.
He has broad commercial and residential valuation experience with a particular focus on specialised and infrastructure assets.
